1. Wires should be matched according to the diameter of the inner rope. When the inner rope is twisted, there should be enough space between the outer strands to prevent the inner strands from squeezing each other during use and deforming the 316 stainless steel wire rope.

2. The inner rope should be slightly loose when it is produced. Most of the 316 stainless steel wire rope is twisted in layers. If the inner rope is not twisted well, the strands of the inner rope will appear when the outer rope is twisted. At the same time, because the torsion moment of the outer rope is greater than the torsion moment of the inner rope, the inner rope should be slightly looser when it is produced.

3. The lay length of the outer layer rope is larger than that of the inner layer rope. Change the lay direction of the inner layer rope and the lay direction of each layer to reduce the lay length of the inner layer rope. Because the torsion moment of the outer rope is greater than the torsion moment of the inner rope, the twist direction and lay length multiples of each layer are well controlled. After the twisted 316 stainless steel wire rope, the outer and inner layers of the 316 stainless steel wire rope will not appear convex after being cut. Or shrinking phenomenon;

4. 316 stainless steel wire rope with the same twist direction, same length and same strength is produced on a unified machine.
